Priti has served as Chair of AWIC Community and Social Services from 2014-2017. Priti also served as President of Guru Nanak Community Service Foundation in 2016. She also dedicated herself to improve her academic credentials. She completed Certification in Adult Education, Online Curriculum Development from Canadian College of Educators. In 2019 she co-founded Association of Professional Driving Instructors of Ontario (APDIO) and has been its Chair since its inception. She has been a Canadian Pro Drivers educator at Humber College and Centennial College since 1995.
The daughter of a lawyer, Priti immigrated to Canada with her parents in 1981. She attended L’amoreaux Collegiate Institute and then Centennial College. Priti is married to Dr. Paramjit Surl, and they have two boys (Harsimranjit & Akashdeep).
She strongly believes that it is time to make the changes necessary for a strong future-a future that rests with the Conservative Party of Canada.
